Letters to the Sea (1/6) - Melancholia of a Daydreamer

A six-part subjective photography to showcase the abstraction of reality through the subconsciousness and imagination of a young female writer, evoked by the poetics of the sea. The first part, Melancholia of a Daydreamer, portrays her wistfulness. As she wanders along the coastline, she steps into the dreamland to imagine the sea as a metaphysical lover in the form of a human shadow, and broken figurine.
